‘Better city, better life’ is about meeting diversity, integrating the natural landscape, creating a sustainable build and urban environment, building a high quality social environment, taking care of our prosperity and comfort as well as the less wealthy, sharing our culture and values, dialogue in peace to find common solutions …These are some of the themes Conix Architects, Interbuild and Realys Group took into account when they developed the Brain Cell concept.

Most of those themes obviously meet Belgian issues. In many ways the intense modern city life has led us to treasure and protect our natural patrimony in an unprecedented way.
